Official Speed Run Contest Rules

Please read and follow the rules below to ensure a fair and fun competition for all participants:

1. Eligibility: Contestents Must be subscribed to Mike @BnVRC and Paul @reitplace4765 . Contestants must own a 1/12 or 1/14 scale RC car to participate. Like Rlaarlo AM-X12, X12s, LC12B, wltoys 124007, 017, 018, 019 / wltoys 144001, 144010, EAT14, Rlaarlo14 and so on CF1400Superfast , LC EMB-1 EMB-T. Cars must be in working condition and meet safety standards.
2. Speed Requirement: To qualify, contestants must reach a minimum speed of 100MP. Speed should be accurately measured using a GPS-enabled app or similar tools.
3. Run Submissions: Each contestant must submit a video of their fastest run to be eligible for the competition. Videos must clearly show the car's speed and timestamp. Must email myself or Mike @BuildnvelocityRC preitschky@reitplacerc.com when ever you have a run up
4. Video Quality: All videos must be of sufficient quality to verify the run. Poor quality or incomplete videos may result in disqualification.
5. Entry Deadline: All entries must be submitted by the contest deadline of Dec 25th 2025. Late submissions will not be considered for the contest. Must email myself or Mike @BuildnvelocityRC preitschky@reitplacerc.com when ever you have a run up.
6. Disqualification: Any attempt to manipulate or falsify data will result in immediate disqualification from the contest. No cuts after the car hits the tarmac to GPS read whats inside not as important.
7. Prizes: Prizes will be awarded to the top 3 contestants in each category (1/12 scale and 1/14 scale) based on the highest recorded speed. Additional prizes may be awarded at the organizer's discretion.
8. Liability: Participants enter the contest at their own risk. The contest organizers are not responsible for any damages or injuries that may occur during the event.
9. Social Media: Contestants agree to allow the organizers to use their submitted videos for promotional purposes on social media platforms.
10. Respect: All participants must maintain a respectful attitude toward others. Any disruptive or unsportsmanlike behavior will result in disqualification.
